File corrupted by projector

Solution Some users have reported models that they have been working with appearing to look "corrupted" with the addition of extra activities and swimlanes that they did not do. One possible cause of this problem may be the projector. Below is an interim workaround for this issue.

Projector Workaround

Interim Workaround:
The following steps MUST be followed in order to avoid the crashes.
1Power on laptop
2.Set computer Resolution to match projector ( typical 1280 X 1024)
3.Turn off Acceleration (Control Panel | Display | Settings | Advanced | Troubleshoot
slide to None)
4.Connect projector to laptop
5.Power on projector
6.Switch laptop to multi- display mode
7.Launch Pro Vision

Note: User should turn off automatic save mode in ProVision to ensure safe keep of existing data.
